Joona Porrassalmi

Joona Porrassalmi is a Development Manager at Fonum since February 2017, where responsibilities include heading the IT department and serving on the executive committee. Previously, Joona held roles as Project Manager, focusing on operational efforts and customer satisfaction in partnerships with insurance companies and business clients, and as Store Manager, overseeing operations and managing staff in multiple stores. Earlier experiences include practical training as an automation technician at AGCO Corporation and in IT support and sales at Telia. Joona is currently pursuing education at the University of Jyväskylä since August 2022.
