Scott Gibson has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Scott started their career as an Assistant Vice-President in Mergers & Acquisitions at BB&T, where they assessed the products, services, and operating system of acquired institutions. Scott then moved on to Fonville Morisey Realty, where they worked as a Training Manager, Licensed Instructor, and Broker for 8 years. In this role, they facilitated classes for new and experienced agents on skills, compliance issues, and technology. Scott then joined Allen Tate Realtors as a Broker in Charge, where they managed all aspects of the office, provided training and education to staff and agents, and recruited new talent. Scott later joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices YSU Realty as the Corporate Director of Learning and Development, responsible for planning and overseeing operational and strategic training for all associates.
