Anita Roach is an experienced leader in health equity and community engagement with a strong background in research and education within health-focused organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at Food Allergy Research & Education since July 2019, Anita oversees a team to implement education and community-based participatory research programs. Prior roles include Senior Director of Voice of the Patient at the National Sleep Foundation and Research Program Manager at the Lupus Foundation of America, where Anita made significant contributions to public health research and patient engagement. With an academic foundation that includes a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida, Anita brings a comprehensive expertise to the field.
