Maura Schatz

Maura Schatz is currently serving as the Membership Analytics Coordinator at the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) since October 2021. Prior to this role, Maura gained experience as a Work Study Student in the Food Marketing Department at Saint Joseph's University from August 2018 to May 2020, where assistance was provided with various projects and administrative tasks. An Agronomy Intern at Black Gold Farms from May 2019 to August 2019, Maura facilitated daily data collection for crop quality assessments and soil sampling, while also fostering relationships with landowners. Additionally, Maura worked as a Student Worker at Utz Quality Foods from June 2018 to January 2019, ensuring proper labeling and readiness of products for shipment. Maura holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Marketing and International Business from Saint Joseph's University, earned in 2020, following education at Notre Dame Preparatory School, completed in 2016.
