Alexander Mwinteru Derizie is a skilled regulatory officer with extensive experience in pharmacy and pharmacovigilance. Currently serving at the Food and Drugs Authority in Ghana since December 2021 and as a pharmacist at LifeHealthcare Pharmacy since February 2021, Alexander has also contributed as a pharmacovigilance associate at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency for a brief period in September 2023. Previous roles include pharmacist at Nyaho Medical Centre and Achimota Hospital, as well as pharmacy intern positions at KOMFO ANOKYE TEACHING HOSPITAL and Ejisu Government Hospital. Alexander completed a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2020, complemented by leadership experience as the financial secretary of the Health Science Student Association.
