Melanie Kirk

Melanie Kirk is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director at Food Authority since February 2019, Melanie also holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at FreshDirect since June 2011. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Rainbow USA Inc. from September 2001 to March 2011, HR Manager at Cintas from August 2000 to June 2001, and HR Manager at Urban Outfitters from 1993 to 2000. Earlier in their career, Melanie held HR Manager responsibilities at Habitat from 1989 to 1992. Melanie obtained a BA Hons in Public Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1984 and 1988.
