Nikko Brady currently serves as the Director of Agriculture & Environmental Affairs for the State of Delaware, a position held since December 2022. In addition, Nikko holds roles as a Grader and Advisor at Boston University - Metropolitan College since January 2016, and serves on the boards of the Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center, Growing Hope Globally, and the Food Bank of Delaware. Previously, Nikko served as Deputy Secretary and Deputy Principal Assistant for Policy at the Delaware Department of Agriculture from January 2017 to December 2022, and worked as a Project Manager and Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General from September 2014 to November 2017. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Affairs/City Planning from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the same institution.
