Rose Gaano, NDTR, serves as the Food Equity Senior Manager at the Food Bank of South Jersey, where responsibilities include executing healthy cooking classes and training Nutrition Assistants and volunteers. With extensive experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Camden County College since 2011, Rose develops and teaches courses in nutrition and hospitality, while also leading various event planning initiatives. Additional roles include instructing healthy cooking classes as an Independent Contractor and conducting nutrition assessments as a temporary Nutritionist at Little Sisters of the Poor. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Studies from New York University, an Associate in Applied Science in Dietetic Technology from Camden County College, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Prescott College.
