The Finance and Administration team at the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and administrative operations. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization's overall mission by optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency. The team comprises the Bookkeeper, Director of Finance & Administration, and Assistant Controller, all working together to ensure the Food Bank can effectively and sustainably address hunger in the community.
