Uwem Essiet

Uwem Essiet is a seasoned customer experience professional with extensive expertise in the financial and food service industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Food Concepts PLC since November 2023, Uwem has previously held key positions at Bukka Hut, including Head of Customer Experience and various managerial roles in customer service and contact center operations from November 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Uwem worked at Access Bank Plc from January 2016 to October 2020, ascending from QA Analyst to Team Lead in Contact Center Quality Assurance. Uwem began the professional journey at Diamond Bank Plc as an Agent in the Contact Center from November 2014 to December 2015. Education includes a Bachelor of Agriculture in Soil Science and Agronomy from the University of Calabar, completed in 2012.
