Partner and Vice President of Operations at Food Fleet

Carly Jacobson started their work experience in 2005 as a Caterer at Boo's in the Kitchen, where they were responsible for cooking, food prep, purchasing, and serving high-end corporate parties, private parties, events, and weddings. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Event Planner at Biotech Vendor Services, Inc. In the same year, they also had a role as a Stàge at Fabio Viviani's, Cafe Firenze, where they prepped food, cooked, learned about back-of-the-house responsibilities, and practiced time and cost management. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Operations Supervisor at Brendan's Restaurant & Pub, ensuring staff cohesion and meeting guest needs. In 2013, they became the General Manager of the Pauley Pavilion Club at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they organized a POP up Country Club and brought in over a million in gross revenue. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Assistant Director of Food, Beverage, and Events at Evolution Hospitality, overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring quality control, managing staff, and resolving customer complaints. Since 2015, they have been with Food Fleet, first as a Partner and Project Manager, and currently as a Partner and Vice President of Operations. In their current role, they work with food trucks/mobile vendors and corporate clients, providing food and beverage solutions. Carly collaborates with high-end business organizations, stadiums, convention centers, universities, and a network of over 6,000 food trucks and business owners across the United States.

Carly Jacobson completed their education in a chronological order starting from 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Santa Barbara City College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Communications. Following this, they pursued higher education at UC Santa Barbara from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Lastly, in the year 2012, they attended California State University Channel Islands, where they also earned a Bachelor's Degree, this time with an emphasis on Business non-profit within the field of Communication.
