Sara Merighi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sara began their career as a Junior Account in the Special Project Unit at Cecchi Gori Advertising. From there, they moved on to Mondadori Pubblicita' where they worked as an Account and Sales Account, managing advertising investments for fashion houses. Sara then joined Barbieri & Ridet, a media and PR agency for fashion houses, where they handled media buying and planning for brands like V. Westwood, Incotex, and Braccialini.

In 2008, Sara joined Sky Italia and took on various roles. Sara initially served as a Senior Manager of the Special Project Unit for Satellite Channels, responsible for the creation, planning, and selling of sponsorships and communication projects. Later, they became the Senior Manager of the Special Project Unit for Terrestrial Channels, where they oversaw partnerships, product placement, and branded content in shows like XFactor, Masterchef, and Italia's Got Talent.

In 2018, Sara co-founded and became the CEO of Food For Dogs Italia. With a passion for animals and experience in communication, they aim to simplify travel for dog owners by offering a doggy lunch box and website services. Additionally, Food For Dogs Italia provides pet hospitality solutions to hospitality businesses and companies in the tourism industry.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills, working with various media agencies and managing teams. Their experience in product placement, branded content, and advertising sales has contributed to their success in the industry.

Sara Merighi began their education by obtaining a high school diploma from liceo Scientifico Enrico Fermi in Como. Sara completed this degree in 1989. Following this, they attended Università Bocconi from 1989 to 1995, where they pursued a Degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Marketing. Sara then continued their education by completing a Master's program in Digital Marketing & Communication at Sole 24 Business School in 2016. In 2011, they also participated in a Business & Sales Management course at EOS, although no specific degree or field of study is specified.

FOOD for DOGS è una start up innovativa che crea prodotti e servizi B2B per semplificare e rendere più piacevole, per chi ospita e per chi viaggia, la gestione del cane fuori casa. Effettuiamo, inoltre, formazione sui temi della pet hospitality. Chi viaggia con il cane ha delle esigenze specifiche: come nutrirlo, dove farlo dormire, come gestirlo. Per nutrirlo FFD ha ideato un doggy lunch box comodo e sano che è venduto direttamente a ristoranti e strutture ricettive. E’ costituito da una scatola di cartoncino da alimenti, che ha funzione di ciotola, contenente una confezione di alluminio sottovuoto di cibo umido super premium.Il cibo umido è bilanciato, non contiene cereali, coloranti, appetizzanti, ha una durata di circa 12/15 mesi e non necessita di conservazione in frigo. E' sufficiente estrarre la busta d'alluminio e versarne il contenuto nella scatola/ciotola e dare al cane, dovunque ci si trovi. La scatola può successivamente contenere anche l'acqua. Produciamo inoltre la prima linea in Italia di allestimenti studiati appositamente per le strutture ricettive che vogliono diventare pet friendly: trapuntini per il letto, cuscini da terra, ciotole e sottociotole prodotti con materiali sfoderabili e lavabili, eleganti e personalizzabili.
