Joelle Grogan

Joelle Grogan is currently a Head of Research at UK in a Changing Europe, a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at UCD Sutherland School of Law, a Senior Research Fellow at CEU Democracy Institute, and a Director at InferStat Ltd. With past experience as a Senior Lecturer in Law at Middlesex University and a Doctoral Researcher at University of Oxford, Grogan's expertise lies in EU law, jurisprudence, corporate taxation, international trade law, and European criminal law. Grogan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil.) in European Union Law and Jurisprudence from University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) from University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Trinity College Dublin.
