Food For the Future
Cristian Emhart has been involved in a variety of roles related to sustainable production and consumption since 2010. From 2010-2015, they were the Founder and Director of the Center of Sustainable Production & Consumption at Fundación Chile, where they led a team of seven in designing and executing projects for private and public organizations. In 2015, they co-founded Regenerativa, a research and consulting company seeking to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy. Additionally, in 2015, they co-founded F4F: Food For The Future, a biotechnology company that breeds insects to transform organic waste into high value nutritional products.
Cristian Emhart obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2008 and a Master's degree from the University of Sydney in 2009, specializing in Facilities Planning and Management.
