Robert (Tim) Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert (Tim) began their career as a Visual Merchandiser at Neiman Marcus in 1988 and worked there until 1990. In 1992, they joined Food for Thought Catering as the Vice President, overseeing the management of over 450 employees and revenues of more than 18 million dollars. Robert (Tim) held this role until 2007. From 2008 to 2017, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Wood Enterprises, and then in 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Beacon Real Estate Group. Currently, since 2019, they are the Co-CEO at Food for Thought. Throughout their career, they have excelled in strategic planning, leadership and team development, financial planning, and client management.

Robert (Tim) Garcia began their education in 1978 at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. Robert (Tim) completed their undergraduate studies in 1982. Following this, they joined Loyola University Chicago in 1988 and studied there for two years. During this time, they obtained an MBA with a focus on Business.
