The Operations and Logistics team at Food Lifeline is responsible for efficiently managing the flow of rescued food from donors to those in need. This team oversees food procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics to ensure that surplus food is sorted, stored, and delivered effectively to over 350 partner organizations. By optimizing these processes, the team plays a crucial role in minimizing food waste while maximizing the impact of meals provided to vulnerable communities.
