Hilary Thesmar, PhD, RD, CFS has held various positions in different organizations relating to food safety and science. Currently, at FMI- The Food Industry Association, Hilary serves as the Chief Science Officer and Senior Vice President of Food Safety. Prior to this, Hilary worked at the National Turkey Federation as the Senior Director of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs and at the Egg Nutrition Center/Egg Safety Center as a Director. With a BS and PhD in Food Science and Food Technology from Clemson University, as well as an MS in Nutrition from Winthrop University, Hilary Thesmar has a strong educational background to support their expertise in the field.
