LeAnn Chuboff is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at SQFI, responsible for technical content development. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Science and Regulatory Relations at the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. LeAnn also served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Industrial Food Design and Custom Quality Systems, a Quality Assurance Specialist at Long John Silver's, and a Quality Assurance Team Leader at Chef America. LeAnn holds a degree in Consumer Food Science from Iowa State University.
