Food Policy Pathways
Felicia Crivello serves as the Director of Policy and Impact at Food Policy Pathways since January 2025. Previously, Felicia held positions as Legislative Director and Deputy Legislative Director for Senator Monica R. Martinez in the New York State Senate from November 2023 to January 2025 and from June 2019 to September 2023, respectively. Felicia also worked as an External Relations Associate for the NYS Senate Majority Conference and managed a political campaign as Fellowship Manager for Anna Kaplan for NYS Senate in 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Policy Coordinator for My Dog is My Home and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Baruch College. Felicia's earlier career includes work as a Paralegal at NOVITT, SAHR & SNOW, LLP, and as an Administrative Law and Policy intern at Mercy For Animals. Felicia holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and Public Policy Analysis from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Sociology, and Psychology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
