Kelsey Boone is a seasoned professional in child nutrition policy, currently serving as the Senior Child Nutrition Policy Analyst at the Food Research & Action Center since July 2020. In this role, Kelsey leads initiatives on Summer EBT and serves as the primary media contact for related inquiries. Previously, Kelsey held positions such as Child Nutrition Policy Analyst, Food Assistance Intern at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and various research and advocacy roles during internships at institutions including Northeastern University and the Economic Mobility Pathways organization. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drexel University, complemented by significant experience in policy analysis, legislative tracking, and community engagement in food assistance programs.
