Niamh Dowling is a Technical Executive at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland since February 2022, bringing expertise in quality systems from previous roles at Valeo Foods Group as a Quality Systems Co-ordinator and Lakeland Dairies as a Technical Graduate. Prior experience includes positions at safefood as a Human Health and Nutrition Intern, Holland and Barrett International as a Product Advisor, and Tayto Park as a Safety Instructor. Niamh holds a Master of Science in Food Business Management and Technology from Technological University Dublin, a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Human Nutrition from Ulster University, and a Level 6 Special Purpose Award Diploma in Professional Competence from Technological University Dublin, along with a high school education from The King's Hospital.
