Susan Fox

Susan Fox is currently the Senior Technical Executive Imports & Public Health Nutrition Safety at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland since March 2022. Prior to this, Susan held various technical and NPD roles at Pan Euro Foods from February 2016 to March 2022. With a background in food science and human nutrition, Susan has also worked in technical and OTC assistant roles at companies such as ARYZTA, McCabes Pharmacy, and Maxwell's Pharmacy. Susan holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Ulster University and a BAgrSc(Hons) in Food Science from University College Dublin.
