Brynn McCarty-Kauth's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Site Assistant at The Idaho Foodbank, where they recorded inventory and assembled bagged lunches for children in low-income families. In 2017, Brynn became a Nanny for various families, creating daily schedules and assisting with homework. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Child Care Specialist at Cathedral Of The Rockies, providing supervision and facilitating conflict resolution for children. In 2021, Brynn started as a Microbiology Lab Technician at Food Safety Net Services and was promoted to Senior Microbiology Lab Technician in 2022. They are currently working as the Main Lab Lead at the same company.
Brynn McCarty-Kauth completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University from 2017 to 2021.
