Sophie Christie has extensive experience in the food safety and technical management sectors, currently serving as Lead Auditor for the Tesco Team at Food Safety Services International (FSSI) since December 2018. Prior to this role, Sophie held positions as Technical Manager at Morrisons and Group Compliance Manager at Adelie Foods. Additional past roles include Technical Manager at IPL International Procurement and Logistics, Tio Ltd, and Technical Manager at Sundora Foods Ltd, as well as working as a Food Safety Consultant. Sophie's educational background includes studies at Grimsby College from 1994 to 1996 and Pocklington School from 1985 to 1987.
