Anurag Biswal is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Culinary Innovation Manager for East and North East at Food Service India Private Limited since August 2022, Anurag leads culinary categories, overseeing product expansion and brand management for various food lines. Prior to this role, Anurag was Regional Culinary Chef at VKL Food Service India, focusing on category penetration and culinary solutions. Anurag's previous positions include Head of Product Innovation at Rollick Ice Cream and Senior Manager of F&B Chef Innovation at Chai Point, where Anurag was instrumental in new product launches and menu engineering across India. Anurag's early career includes significant roles at Unilever and Nestle S.A., where Anurag developed culinary recipes and supported sales and marketing efforts. Anurag holds degrees in Culinary Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's degree from the International Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism.
