Aziz Gur has an extensive culinary background, starting as a Chef de Partie in the late 90s and progressing to roles such as Turkish and Arabic Speciality Sous Chef, Head Chef, and Turkish and Lebanon Chef de Cuisine in luxury hotels and resorts. Aziz has experience in handling a variety of cuisines, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Most recently, Aziz is the Head Chef at FOOD TAILORS, where Aziz leads the operation.
