Maria Mercado is an experienced event professional with a strong background in front-of-house service and culinary management. Currently serving as an Event Captain at Union Square Events and Thomas Preti Events to Savor since early 2023, Maria also holds ongoing roles at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., Abigail Kirsch, Food Trends Catering & Events, and Great Performances.
