Rosie Perlstein

Rosie Perlstein is an experienced event coordinator currently working at Food Trends Catering & Events since June 2023. Previously, Rosie served as a Social Media and Marketing Associate at Binghamton University from August 2021 to May 2023, managing social media accounts and creating content to engage students with Harpur Edge events. Rosie also worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Binghamton University, developing digital artwork for alumni-networking events and collaborating on marketing initiatives. In addition, Rosie held various positions in Sigma Delta Tau, including Public Relations Chair, where graphic design skills were applied to event promotion. A brief tenure as a Social Media and Graphic Design Intern at Manifold Ventures involved growing the user base for MeaVana through graphic creation and social media management. Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Binghamton University, earned in 2023.
