Mahmoud Ali is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Food Unit Company since February 2022, Mahmoud previously held the same title at Baja and NESKA. Mahmoud’s extensive experience includes a long tenure at Americana Restaurants, where the role as Area Operations Manager involved developing Annual Operating Plans in collaboration with regional managers and monitoring competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Mahmoud also facilitated marketing plan implementation and executed operational management as a Restaurant General Manager, focusing on delegation, service excellence, and upholding company values. Mahmoud earned a degree in Art/Art Studies from Ain Shams University in 2004.
