Stafford Romero McKay has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Starting in 2007, they worked at Intelestream, Inc. Initially starting as a Marketing Manager, they later became the Director of Marketing and Communications. During their time there, they implemented and executed inbound lead generation strategies and managed SEM and PR efforts. In 2010, they moved on to Zurmo Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement. Stafford successfully led all marketing activities to transform an open-source software project into a commercial CRM product with paying clients and thousands of users. Stafford also opened a satellite office in Buenos Aires and built a diverse team of 12. Stafford then joined Ceros in 2013, working as a Demand Generation and Marketing Communications Consultant. Stafford helped launch their marketing department, provided assistance in planning marketing strategies, and executed content marketing plans. In 2014, they worked at Reflektion as the Director of Content Marketing, where they launched and led all content marketing initiatives and provided SEM strategy and execution. Finally, they joined Fooda in 2016 as the Director of Marketing. There, they launched their marketing department, built a strong team, and was responsible for strategy, execution, and results during a major growth period. Stafford eventually became the Senior Director and currently holds the position of VP of Marketing.
