Jens Schuster

Jens Schuster is currently the Founder and Chief Bread Officer at Breadymix Products, which they started in 2021. Jens is responsible for creating and promoting healthy breads and providing tools for people to make them at home. Jens founded the company with a focus on convenience and quality.

Before starting Breadymix Products, Jens worked as the Vice President of Sales Marketing at Foodback AS, a food tech scale-up, from 2020 onwards. Jens aimed to uncover insights and identify business opportunities for customers in the food and beverage industry through data-driven strategies.

From 2008 to 2020, Jens held various roles at Lufthansa City Center. Jens started as an Area Manager for North America and Europe, then became the Senior Director and Authorized Signatory with a focus on franchising. Their responsibilities included developing and expanding the franchise system, leading the Sales and New Distribution Technology team. Jens also worked as a Senior Business Development Manager for the Americas during this time.

Jens also has experience as the Founder and CEO of CanLinkYou, a Sales Representative for the Americas at Burdich Laborbedarf GmbH & Co. KG, and a Key Account Manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Jens began their career as a Business Travel Consultant and later became Deputy Division Manager at Ihr Reisebüro Lufthansa City Center. Jens also worked as a Hospitality Manager at Berkeley Scott.

Jens Schuster attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management.
