Matthew Boyd-Gambling

Matthew Boyd-Gambling is an experienced supply chain professional currently working as a Supply Chain Buyer and Supply Planner for Foodbuy UK & Ireland since April 2016. Matthew manages the supply chain for all Centre of Plate categories, including produce, meat, poultry, fish, seafood, dairy, grocery, eggs, desserts, and savory items, while also supporting efficient menu changes across multiple production sites.
