Barbara Farrar

Barbara Farrar is a seasoned professional in the food service industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Field Implementation Manager - Business Needs and Purchasing Support Manager for the Midwest Specialty Sectors at Foodbuy, LLC since 2010, Barbara has developed expertise in operational management and purchasing support. Previous roles include Project Manager/Regional Culinary Director for Texas and Louisiana with Chevron Cafes and District Executive Chef at Compass Group NAD from 2003 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Barbara was the Chef/Owner of Chez Nous from 1997 to 2003. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Art Institutes, earned between 1997 and 1998.
