Currently serving as Senior Manager for Climate & Food at FoodDrinkEurope since November 2023, Ruggiero previously held key positions at Carbon Gap and Carbon Market Watch, focusing on EU carbon market policies and industrial decarbonisation. Ruggiero’s expertise encompasses strategic communication, coalition building, and policy analysis, demonstrated during the tenure as Campaign Manager for World Kidney Day, where coordination and representation at scientific events were critical.
