Prior experience includes various leadership roles in renowned establishments such as Big Smoke Brew Co Ltd and multiple head chef positions at traditional pubs and modern eateries, showcasing a versatile skill set in food operations. Amit Nigam's culinary journey began as a Trainee Chef De Partie at The Orchid in Mumbai, followed by significant promotions through various kitchens, ultimately leading to advanced academic credentials, including a Master’s in Gastronomy and Food Management from the University of West London.
