Joshua Wilcox

Joshua Wilcox has a diverse work experience in the field of health and nutrition. Joshua currently holds the position of Manager Strategic Initiatives at Foodlink since July 2020. Previously, they worked at Wegmans Food Markets from April 2012 to July 2020, where they served as a Nutrition Labeling Technician and also had responsibilities in customer service. Joshua also worked as a Nutrition Educator at Foodlink from February 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Health Educator at Metro Council for Teen Potential from June 2017 to March 2018, and a Community Health Advocate at the University of Rochester in April 2017. Joshua gained internship experience as an Assistant Wellness Coordinator Intern at LiDestri Food & Drink from October to December 2016, and as a Diabetes Educator Intern at the American Diabetes Association from August to October 2016. Throughout their various roles, Joshua has focused on promoting self-management strategies, educating and supporting individuals affected by diabetes, and advocating for community health.

Joshua Wilcox earned their Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from SUNY Brockport between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Monroe Community College, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Certification in Management Essentials from the Harvard Business School Online in June 2022, and a Menu Purchasing certification in June 2014, although the institution where they obtained the latter certification is unknown.
