Lotten Granholm Nilsson

Lotten Granholm Nilsson has a comprehensive work experience in the food industry. Lotten started their career in 1998 as a Process Engineer at Jästbolaget AB, where they worked for 10 years. Lotten then progressed to the role of Process Development Manager at the same company from 2008 to 2014. Following that, they joined Jästbolaget AB as a Product Manager from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Lotten joined Arla Foods amba as a Process Leader, where they worked for a year before transitioning to Foodmark AB in 2017. At Foodmark AB, they served as a Laboratory Manager until January 2022, when they were promoted to the position of Quality and Laboratory Manager. Lotten's work across these various roles has provided their with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of quality control, laboratory management, process development, and product management in the food industry.

Lotten Granholm Nilsson pursued their education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
