Jed Fahey

Jed Fahey serves as Affiliate Faculty at the University of Maine since 2023 and Adjunct Faculty at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine since September 1993. Additionally, Jed is Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University College of Public Health and Chief Scientific Advisor at FoodNerd since April 2020. Fahey holds a Doctor of Science (ScD) in Human Nutrition from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science (MS) in Plant Physiology from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Natural Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
