Olivier Dessyn is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and the culinary arts. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at FoodoMarket, Olivier leads engineering teams in creating an innovative global food supply chain platform. As the Owner and General Manager of Mille-feuille Bakery since 2011, Olivier has expanded the business to three locations and managed a team of 40 employees while earning recognition as a prominent pastry chef in New York. Olivier's background includes significant roles at Doctolib as FinOps Manager, where a cloud optimization project gained global recognition, and at OCTO Technology, focusing on strategic IT roadmapping and Agile methodologies. With early career experience as a software developer and cofounder of CloudLink, Olivier possesses a strong foundation in software development, complemented by educational credentials from EPITA and Ritz Escoffier Pastry School.
