John Neupauer has extensive work experience in marketing and sales roles. John began their career as a Manager at Crowe Chizek & Company, where they worked with a diverse range of clients and managed marketing plans, budgets, and creative projects. Later, they joined Mill City Marketing as an Account Manager, helping manufacturers improve their brands through customer feedback and market research. John then worked at Public Radio International as a Program Marketing Manager, developing marketing and fundraising strategies to promote programs. In their most recent positions at Food Service Rewards®, John held various roles including Coalition Manager, Senior Coalition Manager, Vice President, and Channel Sales Director. In these roles, they focused on program development, client engagement, and sales growth by analyzing data, developing promotions, and improving customer experiences. Throughout their career, John has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results and improve business performance.
John Neupauer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Villanova University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. John later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, which they completed from 1986 to 1988.
