Vimal Subramanian

Vimal Subramanian serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Foodsmart since March 2025 and is a Founding Member of the Professional Association of CISOs, advocating for the advancement of cybersecurity leadership and professional standards. Prior to this, Vimal held the position of Vice President and CISO at Cue Health Inc. from July 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included establishing information security and privacy functions in a cloud-first environment and fostering customer trust across multiple sectors. Vimal's career also includes a tenure as Global Information Security Manager at Celgene/Bristol-Myers Squibb from February 2013 to April 2020, providing strategic guidance on enterprise-wide information security infrastructures. Vimal possesses a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Security from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
