Claire Walker

Claire Walker is an accomplished LCA Data Analyst at Foodsteps, where expertise in food systems and environmental sciences is leveraged to enhance sustainability in food businesses. Previously, as an Impact Associate at Notpla, Claire conducted Life Cycle Assessments to evaluate the environmental consequences of biodegradable packaging solutions. In earlier roles, Claire gained insights into sustainability as a consultant intern at DORC Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center and participated in a transitional agriculture project for smallholder farms with Solidaridad Network. Claire's diverse experience includes administrative roles and coordination positions across various industries, complemented by a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University.
