Sanskaara Lalwani

Sanskaara Lalwani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand management, content creation, and marketing, currently serving as AVP - Brand and Content at Foodstories since July 2025. As the Founder of Slay Gourmet, since March 2014, Sanskaara has collaborated with over 250 brands to enhance digital content for increased reach. Previous roles include Brand Manager at Maiz Kitchens, where Sanskaara led the brand's expansion into Bangalore, and Brand and Marketing Lead at Kaching, where a novel influencer marketing model was developed. Sanskaara has also consulted for various organizations, co-founded Belboy, and contributed to academic studies while earning a Bachelor of Architecture from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies.
