Mark Buttle has a diverse work experience history. Mark started their career in 2011 as a Programme Facilitator at Skills Update Training Institute and held this role until 2015. Mark then worked at Noel Leeming as a Tech Solutions Specialist from 2015 to 2016, followed by a role as a Learning and Development Specialist from 2016 to 2017. After that, Mark joined The Warehouse Group as a People Performance Coach from 2017 to 2019. Mark then returned to Noel Leeming as a Tech Solutions Operations Support Coordinator from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, Mark worked at Hyundai Motors New Zealand as a Dealer Compliance and Support Administrator from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are a Learning and Development Project Lead at Foodstuffs North Island Limited.

Mark Buttle completed their high school education at Havelock North High School.
