Michelle Liu is a seasoned regulatory and quality compliance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Regulatory Technical Analyst at Foodstuffs North Island Limited since 2025, Michelle has previously held key roles such as Quality and Compliance Specialist at Constellation Brands New Zealand from August 2018 to 2024, Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist at Westland Milk Products from May 2017 to August 2018, and Key Technical Person at Hill Laboratories from October 2015 to May 2017. In earlier career stages, Michelle worked as a Quality Control Specialist at Fonterra from June 2014 to October 2015. Michelle's academic background includes a postgraduate diploma in Food Science from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Beijing University of Agriculture.
