Jessica Guard

Jessica Guard currently serves as the Early Careers Manager at Foot Anstey LLP since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and team management from previously held roles at Ince and REED. At Ince, Jessica progressed through various positions, including Human Resources Advisor and Employee Development Advisor, focusing on recruitment and employee support within a law and professional services setting. Prior to that, Jessica was a Business Manager at REED, overseeing finance recruitment teams across South West and Wales, and managing teams in legal consulting. Jessica holds a BSc Hons in Pharmacology from the University of Bath and has a background in event management and administrative support.
