Marsha Francis

Marsha Francis is an experienced legal consultant and educator, currently engaged with Rare Recruitment as a consultant providing legal training and coaching for junior applicants. Simultaneously, Marsha serves as a mentor at The Social Mobility Foundation, focusing on social and economic empowerment. As an author and CPQ examiner with CILEX, Marsha contributes educational content and assesses candidates for professional qualifications. Marsha's role as an external quality assurer at Foot Anstey LLP involves designing and delivering legal courses while supporting social mobility initiatives. Additional consulting positions include providing legal training at Kinch Robinson and developing content for the Links Scholars’ Program at Linklaters. Marsha has also contributed as a visiting lecturer at City, University of London, and has served as a freelance consultant lecturer at both The University of Law and BPP Law School, along with providing content for Oxford University Press since December 2018.
