Matt Stoate

Matt Stoate is a seasoned legal and corporate finance professional with extensive expertise in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. Since January 2011, Matt has served as Partner and Head of Corporate at Foot Anstey, leading the Corporate team and the Private Equity sector while also driving the firm’s international strategy. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Corporate Finance Executive at Kinmont, a prestigious advisory firm, and as a solicitor specializing in Corporate Finance and Private Equity at Travers Smith. Matt holds an LLB from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a LPC from the University of Exeter, and an Islamic Finance Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
