Simone Protheroe

Simone Protheroe is a Managing Associate at Foot Anstey since March 2025, focusing on non-contentious construction projects in nuclear, energy, retail, residential, commercial development, development finance, and infrastructure. Previously, Simone served as a Senior Associate at Clarke Willmott from January 2018 to February 2025, contributing to both contentious and non-contentious matters within the London non-contentious construction team. Prior experience includes a role as a Solicitor at Devonshires Solicitors from June 2012 to December 2017, where Simone worked on a variety of contentious and non-contentious issues. Initial legal experience was gained as a Caseworker at Backhouse Solicitors Ltd in 2012, advising clients on debt and housing matters, and earlier as a Trainee Solicitor at Devonshires Solicitors. Simone holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London and completed the Legal Practice Course at Anglia Law School.
