Andrew Quesnelle

Andrew Quesnelle is an experienced labor and employment professional currently serving as Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations at Foot Locker since August 2024. In this role, Andrew leads a team of HR professionals in providing global labor and employee relations support and expertise. Prior to this, Andrew was a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, representing employers in various labor and employment litigation matters. Andrew has also held the position of Chief Global Labor and Employment Attorney at Emergent BioSolutions, where responsibilities included directing the global labor and employment legal function. Earlier experience includes a senior leadership role at Stryker, overseeing employee relations and compliance, and serving as an Associate at Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott LLC, where Andrew represented employers in employment disputes. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
